When you simply visit the website

  • The website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no other tracking tools.
  • Fonts, images and files are served from our own server. None of your data is sent to Google Fonts or other third-party services.
  • The hosting provider (Cloudflare) necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and to protect against malicious traffic. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Your language choice is part of the page address (/ or /en) and is not stored on your device.

When you send us a message

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. They are used only to reply to you. Appointments are booked by phone only.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If your message contains health information, your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
  • Please do not send detailed medical information or test results through the form. We will discuss them at the practice.
  • How long it is kept: as long as needed to reply to you. If the message concerns your medical care, it may be added to your medical record, which is kept as required by law.
  • Your details are never sold, never used for advertising and not shared with anyone other than the providers listed below.

Providers that process data on our behalf

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and security, delivering contact-form messages to the practice email, and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical browser signals only to tell people from automated programs).
  • Google (Gmail): the mailbox where messages are received.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on GDPR safeguards (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. For any request, write to dr.alepidis@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, 1 Iasonos Street, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus, www.dataprotection.gov.cy.
